Our Happiness Tactic for the month of February is Conscious Acts of KINDNESS! Here are some ways you can share and celebrate kindness at home and in the community: 
Kindness Challenge
Challenge yourself to perform one act of kindness everyday for the month of February. The littlest things can go a long way!

Gestures of Kindness
-Hold the door for someone at the store/ restaurant
-Make a card for a neighbor to let them know you are thinking about them
-Share a compliment with someone to help them feel noticed or appreciated
-Donate any used toys or clothing to a local goodwill or shelter
Create a Kindness Jar
Designate (and decorate!) a jar to fill with written slips of paper, pom-poms, beads, or other items for any act of kindness witnessed throughout the day. Have one jar for the family, or add in some competitive fun with one jar for each family member to see who fills their jar first. Celebrate with a fun reward for everyone–  like a movie night, treat day, or breakfast for dinner
