This month marks the final Happiness Tactic- FUN 15! This tactic is all about movement- perfect for entering Spring as the weather gets warmer and the days grow longer! Here are some ideas to incorporate intentional movement into your time at home, both inside and out (for those rainy Spring days): 
  • Build an obstacle course: use furniture and toys, or equipment in the yard to run relay races. 
  • Have a dance party: play some music and get groovin’! Freeze Dance and Follow the Leader are other fun dance games to play. 
  • Play balloon volleyball: blow up some balloons and work together to keep the balloon up as long as you can without letting it drop. 
  • Go on a quick nature walk: Take a few minutes to get some steps in, breathe fresh air, and notice your surroundings as you go. Playing iSpy is a fun way to engage all your senses!
