Ms. Smith’s 2nd grade class has been working hard on following the Hoover hawk agreements by being respectful, responsible, and safe in the classroom, hallway, and playground. These awesome 2nd graders earned 35 golden tickets and celebrated with a board game day! In writing, they have been working on personal narratives describing a positive memory they have using the five senses, transitions, and many details. In math, these 2nd graders have been working hard on their skip counting skills, number sense, and place value to the hundreds.
