In literacy, we have been reading fictional stories including How Dorothy Saved the Scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz. We have enjoyed watching short clips of the movie to compare and contrast the different features within the text and the movie.
In math, we are studying place value, multiplication, and division.
In writing, we have started focusing on narrative writing.
In science, we have been learning all about different body systems and what we can do to stay healthy.
We had a fabulous Golden Ticket Celebration with stuffed animal day and an extra recess
