Hello Hoover Families,

 

HIP HAWK HOORAY!  Another fantastic week here at Hoover as we wrapped up the first trimester.  We couldn’t be more proud of our Hawks and their growth, as well as their amazing attitude toward always giving their best. We can’t wait to see what’s to come for them and their learning as we enter the second trimester! 

 

On Monday, you will receive a ParentSquare message from your child’s classroom teacher regarding Parent-Teacher Conference sign-up. Conferences will be held in the afternoon and evening of Monday, November 24, with a few time slots also available in the morning on Tuesday, November 25. Please connect with your child’s classroom teacher if you have any questions regarding the sign-up process.

 

On Tuesday, students will be celebrating Veteran’s Day. Classrooms will recognize this important day with read alouds and activities to recognize and learn about the service of our Veterans. Please have your student wear Red, White, and Blue on November 11th as a way to honor our Veterans.

 

This Thursday, November 13th is our monthly theme Thursday. We can’t wait to see everyone decked out in ANIMAL PRINT.  Remember that every Monday is also our day to show off our Hoover Pride in our Hoover gear!
