HIP HAWK HOORAY! It has been another incredibly busy and proud week for our Hoover Hawks. Our 3rd – 6th grade students have been showing incredible focus and determination as they navigate the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR). We are so impressed by their “can-do” attitudes and the hard work they’ve put into every session. Keep it up! As a reminder, students will complete their math tests March 9 and 10, and our 5th graders will take their science assessments March 11, 12, and 13.
A huge Hip Hawk Hooray for our Chain Reaction Team! Their creativity and engineering skills truly shined at the District 54 Chain Reaction Competition, where they secured an impressive 2nd Place finish. Their ability to problem-solve under pressure was a joy to watch!
Thank you to our dedicated teachers and staff, and supportive families for cheering our students on through both the tests and the trophies. We couldn’t be prouder of our Hawks!
