To all Kindergarten and 6th grade parents:
Per Illinois School Code requirements, all Kindergarten and Sixth graders need a physical exam completed within the past year, along with up-to-date immunizations. If you haven't turned in your child’s completed physical and immunization forms yet, please drop them off at the main office as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us keep our school community healthy!
We are still working on updating physicals and vaccines on Infinite Campus. We will reach out to you by mid September if we are still missing documents for your student. Thank you for your patience!
