Hello Hoover Families, 

 

HIP HAWK HOORAY! WHAT A WEEK HERE AT HOOVER! It was so great to see so many of our Hawks and families at our Shine Bright Night on Wednesday!  Our students have been working so hard throughout this year, it was so wonderful to celebrate their accomplishments! We had a surprise extra recess this week for earning our most recent PBIS goal, and today in our PBIS assemblies we set our new school wide goal and celebrated our students for all of the hard work they’ve been putting into their behaviors.  We’re so proud of all of our students! Thank you to our PTA for hosting the VIP breakfast this morning- it was a beautiful morning to be outside together and enjoy some tasty treats!  

 

We are continuing to fundraise for St. Jude’s Research Hospital.  We are over a third of our way to our goal, and have earned our next incentive of an extra recess next week! Please see below for more information and how to participate, including preordering slices of pizza for our St. Jude’s Pizza Day!
